Our Dojo belongs to a universal sports club, the FTG Frankfurt. That means: those who want to join us regularly need to subscribe to the club. But it means also, that room and tatami are available throughout the entire year, even during school holidays.
Apart from that state, we consider us to be an independent Dojo, getting its main ideas out of Takemusu Aiki Deutschland and Mark & Ute van Meerendonk.
Since fall 2007, Stefan Weiss (2nd Dan) leads the Dojo. The teaching is currently done by the five black belt holders.
At the moment (summer 2009), 13 pupils train together. They are at all levels (from beginners to "black belts").
Our classes:
Monday 8:30pm -
Tuesday 7pm -
Friday 6:30pm -
in the rooms of the FTG Frankfurt, Marburger Straße 28, 60487 Frankfurt (Bockenheim).
You are welcome to join us, coming as a new member or visiting us as a guest!
We kindly ask you to adapt to our etiquette and contact us beforehand.
You find us...
... by subway ... by bus ... by tramway ... by car

Then follow the instruction for subway/ station Kirchplatz.
If you came from the other direction, follow the instruction for subway/ station Kirchplatz
Line 16 -
If you came from the city center: Cross the road and go to the stop for the opposite direction. Then follow the instruction below:
If you came from Ginnheim: proceed in the driving direction to Sophienstraße. Cross the street at the traffic light and go straight on into the Juliusstraße. Take the 1st street to the right: Falkstraße. Straight on to the 1st road to the left: this is Marburger Straße.
Coming by car of course is possible, but it is extremly difficult to find parking space. Moreover, the dojo lies in the middle of a system of one way streets, which makes it difficult to hit the place. We strongly recommend to take the bus, subway or tramway instead of using the car.
